Ex2 Terms & Conditions: Platform Rules and Usage Policy
Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the ex2 platform. By using the platform, you are considered to have accepted all of these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between ex2 and the user of the platform. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the ex2 platform.
By registering on the ex2 platform — or accessing it in any way — users are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. Use of this platform by minors (under 18) is strictly prohibited.
Ex2 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

Account Creation & Security
- Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Mobile number verification is mandatory. Accounts registered with false information will be terminated.
- No person under the age of 18 is permitted to register.
- Keeping your account password confidential is solely your responsibility.
- Any unauthorized access or security breach must be reported to ex2 immediately.
- Sharing login credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited.
- Attempting to access another user's account may result in legal action.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
While using the ex2 platform, all users are required to comply with the following:
- The platform must only be used for lawful purposes.
- Users must not disrupt or interfere with other users' experience.
- Any attempt to interfere with the normal operation of the platform is strictly prohibited.
- The use of automated software, bots, or scripts is strictly prohibited.
- Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
- Money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
- Submitting false or misleading information.
Ex2 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close an account for any of the above violations, and to pursue legal action where applicable.
Payment & Transaction Details
- All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
- Currently accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
- The minimum deposit is ৳100. Payment must be made from a mobile number registered in your own name.
- Payments made through third parties are not accepted.
- Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours.
- Withdrawals may be placed on hold in the absence of verification or in cases of suspected suspicious activity.
- Ex2 may request additional information regarding any transaction, and users are required to cooperate.
Accepting any bonus or promotional offer means the specific terms of that offer will apply. Bonus abuse or violation of terms will result in the bonus being forfeited, and the account may be subject to review where necessary.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Ex2 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- Terms Violation: Any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspected Fraud: Unusual or suspicious activity is detected on the account.
- False Information: Providing incorrect or false information at the time of registration or at any point thereafter.
- Underage User: The user is found to be under 18 years of age.
- Inactivity: Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period will be managed in accordance with our inactivity policy.
Users may request to close their account at any time. Any outstanding balance must be withdrawn before closure. Claims for that balance after the account has been closed may not be accepted.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Governing Law
Ex2's liability for any financial loss, data loss, or technical error arising from use of the platform is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. ex2 is not responsible for the content or policies of any third-party websites linked from the platform. ex2 is also not liable for service disruptions caused by internet connectivity issues or force majeure events.
All content, designs, logos, software, and materials on the ex2 platform are the exclusive intellectual property of ex2. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use any part of the platform for commercial purposes. These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
